The 1 William Street office tower (1WS) has 44 floors above ground. It is the tallest commercial building in Brisbane City at 259.8 metres. It is a Premium Grade office tower with an iconic lobby and select premium grade finishes and surfaces throughout the building.

The unique central core allows extraordinary daylight and views of 360 degrees, but with the Sky Garden on one side and the laneway connections through the core it is an innovative space which improves circulation flows.

The building design and construction speaks for itself and will target a 5 Star Green Star V3 Office Design and Office As Built and a 4 Star NABERS (Base Building) Energy rating.
