Our capabilities include ‘buildability’ studies, logistics management, integrated construction delivery, building technologies installation plus testing and commissioning of building projects. Our lean approach also extends into logistics management, where we operate to a principle of ‘Just in Time’, optimising our resources by delivering just what is needed, where it is needed, exactly when it is needed.  In increasingly complex projects, ‘Just in Time’ overcomes the challenges of tight site access, disruption to adjacent facilities and impacts on the surrounding community.

REFURBISHMENT
Our team of trusted construction specialists understand the importance of working with clients and consultants to identify strategies for effective and efficient asset revitalisation.

Refurbishment comprises resources from both construction and fitout divisions, with the scope of work determining the best crew (or indeed combination of crews) to facilitate the project. Some projects are predominantly external or structural, others internal or cosmetic.

These include some of the following areas in Commercial buildings – façade enhancement, lobby upgrades, engineering overhauls, services upgrades and compliance management, Office makegoods – strip out of old fitout, sustainable disposal, upgrade and makegood, Industrial buildings – extensions, services upgrade, re-zoning and compliance management and Hospitality – hotel fitout / upgrade, commercial kitchens, cafés, restaurants, bars & breakouts. Green Star, NABERS and LEED influence a growing part of our refurbishment portfolio. Our trained (and certified) professionals and experienced operatives add value for all projects, particularly those with sustainable agendas.

DEVELOPMENT
Assembling a team of professionals to address the environmental, economic, private, physical and political issues inherent in a complex development project is critical

A development team can be put together in one of several ways. At one extreme, a large company might include many services, from architecture to engineering. At the other end of the spectrum, a development company might consist of one principal and a few staff who hire or contract with other companies and professionals for each service as needed.
