In increasingly complex projects, ‘Just in Time’ overcomes the challenges of tight site access, disruption to adjacent facilities and impacts on the surrounding community.

REFURBISHMENT

Refurbishment comprises resources from both construction and fitout divisions, with the scope of work determining the best crew (or indeed combination of crews) to facilitate the project. Some projects are predominantly external or structural, others internal or cosmetic.

These include some of the following areas in Commercial buildings – façade enhancement, lobby upgrades, engineering overhauls, services upgrades and compliance management, Office makegoods – strip out of old fitout, sustainable disposal, upgrade and makegood, Industrial buildings – extensions, services upgrade, re-zoning and compliance management and Hospitality – hotel fitout / upgrade, commercial kitchens, cafés, restaurants, bars & breakouts. Green Star, NABERS and LEED influence a growing part of our refurbishment portfolio.
